Cancellation... Sick, teething baby and cranky wife
I have two counter flow wort chilers and a KAB burner if anybody wants to use them. I live right around the corner from Alaric at 66 Searle Road. weenote@mac.com if you want to use them for the big brew. - Adam Dehner - Brew (10 gallons wort, 10 gallon mash tun) - Ron Senykoff - Brew (can handle ~25 lbs grain)
- Alastair Hewitt - Host (8 gallons wort, ~30 lbs grain)
- Sloan Craven - 8 gallons
- David Todd - 12 gallons
- Ben Evans - 5 gallons
- Ezra Klughaupt - (10 gallons wort, ~30 lbs. grain) I have an extra heat source, but it's fitted to it's own 6 gallon pot, and we'd need another propane tank.
- Laura Conrad -- I have a ten gallon Gott cooler mashtun and a 10 gallon brewpot, but I always brew on the stove so I'd need to borrow a heat source. I'd be able to come on Saturday November 7, but not Sunday, November 8.
- Chris Papazian - 8 gallons (that's about 30 lbs grain, right?)
- Gene Callahan - 5 Gallons
- Jon Zbikowski - Burner and Propane tank
Byron DeLaBarre - I don't have a portable system, but I can bring a burner & propane tank.
- Jeff Boot - I have had over 100 pounds of grain in my mashtun and can boil 80 gallons. System pulls 186 amps on my 200 amp service when all three kettles are on (which of course doesn't happen very long). OK I'll say not portable but perhaps next big brew here in Sudsbury if any interest. I also have over 20 corny kegs and can fit them in my keg cooler.
Total: 60 gallons (need 60 gallons)
Please bring your spare fittings and hoses. A few people have plate chillers and they're very efficient for cooling.
Please list below what you're bringing in terms of food or beer:
