Winner was Randy & Todd's Quad - they win signed copies of Microbrewed Adventures from Charlie Papazian
Treasurer's Report from Wade
- Currently have 86 paid members and a club balance of $1050
Bulk Grain Purchase
- Randy at Modern Brewer in Cambridge has generously offered to have the pallet delivered to the shop. It's a more central location and you're in the shop if you need to pick anything else up
Group Brew
- Alistair is working on getting the club a Utopias barrel. Would be nice if the brew happened before the end of November
In House Style Appreciation
- To be paired with the In House Competitions that line up with the Brewers Association schedule
Ciderfest
- Wade will contact Carlson Orchards about a possible Sunday, Oct.25 date. Hopefully Mike can also bring honey!
Competition Date
- Next in house competition will be Belgian Strong Ale (BJCP Category 18) and will be held at the November 4th meeting
Fred & Mary Anne - Fall joint South Shore date?
- They are back in town and Kris will talk to them
New Officers and Elections
- Elections held in November. Kris announced she would not be running for President again and people like the idea of Wade the Treasurer. If you have nominations, please send to Wortnet

- Slither in late Jan or early Feb. Kris Butler is organizing.
Jamie Clark is brewing on Saturday, Sept. 5.
