A modern sociological plague where people forgo thinking rationally and fail to run their lives with common sense. Instead, conflict is approached in a reactionary mode with self-rightous intent and puritanical sentiments. Such responses are typically confrontational and fail to take into account the context of the original conflict. This often makes resolution difficult and the result is usually not grounded in the reality of the situation.
