Three vessel brewing system for sale
Home-built system. Square aluminum tubing frame on casters. Small footprint. Light and mobile. All plumbing permanently mounted to frame. Water and wort flow controlled by high temperature pump and multi-valve system. Pump is controlled by waterproof switch box. Charcoal water filter can be used or bypassed. Three high temp propane burners with gas valves heat the vessels. All gas plumbing permanently mounted to frame. Variable propane regulator assists with temperature control. All three vessels are modified stainless steel kegs. All vessels have built in thermometers. Hot liquor tank has recirculating capability. Sparge arm has several different attachments, sparge sprinkler, vorlauf recirculator and tube recirculator. Mash tun was purchased from Sabco with false bottom and elbow uptake tube. Brew kettle is gravity fed from mash tun and has whirlpool capability. All vessels are connected to copper plumbing system using detachable ball valves so each vessel can be removed from the system for cleaning. Homebuilt counter-flow wort chiller (50’ copper tubing) with high temp disconnects included. Tri-clover outflow tube for connection to fermenter also included. I will not part out above items.
About the seller: I was professional brewer with North East Brewing Co. I also worked with Concord Brewers and Rapscallion for several years. I built this system after I left NEBC in 2000. I have brewed approximately 20 times on it. It has functioned as a pilot brewing system for Concord and Pretty Things brewing companies. Included in the sale, if the purchaser would like, I’ll schedule a day with them brewing on the system so they can become comfortable with its operation. In addition since not everyone has a vehicle which the system can fit in, if needed I will deliver the system to any purchaser within Rt128 free of charge.
